How do I cancel my subscription?

On your iPhone, open Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions, choose Lisse and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Deleting the app does not cancel it.

I changed iPhones. How do I get Premium back?

Open Lisse, go to Settings > Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you subscribed with.

Where do deleted photos go?

To the “Recently Deleted” album in the Photos app. iOS keeps them for 30 days, then removes them permanently. Your storage is freed once they leave that album.

Why does Lisse ask for full access to my photos?

To measure your whole library and find duplicates. With limited access, Lisse only sees the photos you selected. You can change this in Settings > Lisse > Photos.

Does Lisse upload my photos?

Never to us. The analysis runs on your iPhone. If you choose to archive before deleting, photos go straight to your own Google Drive. See the privacy policy.

How does archiving to Google Drive work?

Connect Google Drive in Lisse’s Settings, mark photos, then choose “Archive to Google Drive and delete”. Lisse uploads each original to a “Lisse” folder sorted by month, checks the copy, and only then deletes it from your iPhone. Anything that fails to upload is kept.

How do free deletions work?

Analysis and sorting are always free. Your first 25 deletions are free too; after that, deleting requires Lisse Premium.
