Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of Lisse ("Lisse: Photo & Storage Cleaner"), published by INDIGATE LLC. They supplementApple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies. By using the app, you accept both.
The app
Lisse helps you review and delete photos and videos stored on your iPhone. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, under the App Store usage rules.
Your photos and your decisions
- Lisse suggests items to delete. You decide: nothing is deleted without your confirmation in the iOS dialog.
- Deleted items move to the “Recently Deleted” album of the Photos app, where iOS keeps them for 30 days before removing them permanently.
- You are responsible for the items you choose to delete. We recommend keeping a backup, for example with iCloud Photos.
- Suggestions such as “similar” or “best photo” are automatic and may be wrong. Review them before confirming.
Lisse Premium
- Analysis and sorting are free. You can delete up to 25 items for free; unlimited deletion requires Lisse Premium.
- Lisse Premium is offered as an auto-renewable yearly subscription, with a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers, or as an auto-renewable weekly subscription. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase or, with a free trial, when the trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless they are canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Acceptable use
Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law or Apple’s rules.
Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will be error-free, and we are not liable for indirect damages or for the loss of content you chose to delete. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are seriously breached.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the publisher is registered, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
