Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 25, 2026
Lisse ("Lisse: Photo & Storage Cleaner") is published by INDIGATE LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the app accesses, what stays on your iPhone, and the little that leaves it.
In short
- Your photos and videos are analyzed on your iPhone. They are never sent to us, and neither are their contents, previews or file names.
- If you choose to archive photos to your own Google Drive, they go directly from your iPhone to your Drive. We never receive them.
- There is no account, no advertising and no tracking across apps or websites.
- Only subscription and purchase information is processed outside your device, by Apple and by our subscription provider, Adapty.
What Lisse accesses on your iPhone
- Your photo library, with your permission. Lisse reads the size, date and type of each item, recognizes screenshots and videos, and compares small previews with Apple’s on-device Vision framework to group similar photos. Lisse deletes items only after you confirm in the iOS dialog.
- Storage figures (total and available space), to show how full your iPhone is.
- Notifications, only if you allow them, to remind you the day before a free trial ends. These notifications are scheduled on your device; no notification server is involved.
Lisse does not access your contacts, location, camera or microphone.
Archiving to Google Drive (optional)
If you connect Google Drive, Lisse asks Google for the narrowest permission available (“drive.file”): access only to the files and folders that Lisse creates, never to the rest of your Drive. Selected photos and videos are uploaded directly from your iPhone to a “Lisse” folder in your Drive, in their original quality with their capture date. Lisse compares each uploaded copy with the original before deleting anything. Google’s sign-in token is stored in the iOS Keychain on your device. We never receive your photos, your Google password or your token. You can disconnect at any time in Lisse’s Settings or in your Google Account permissions. Google’s handling of your files is governed by Google’s privacy policy. Lisse’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
What stays on your device
Your sorting decisions, appearance settings, the number of free deletions used and whether you have completed onboarding are stored locally. Some of these preferences are kept in the iOS Keychain, which may retain them after you delete the app. We cannot read any of this data.
What leaves your device
Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple. We never see your payment details. To deliver and verify your subscription, the app uses Adapty (Adapty Tech Inc.), which processes on our behalf:
- a random identifier created for this installation of the app;
- your device model, iOS version, app version, language and App Store country;
- your IP address, used to approximate your country;
- your purchases, trials, renewals, cancellations and refunds;
- whether a paywall was shown, to measure which offers work.
We use this information only to provide Premium features, prevent fraud and improve our offers. We do not sell or share it for advertising.
Legal bases (EEA and UK)
Processing linked to your subscription is necessary to perform our contract with you. Offer measurement relies on our legitimate interest in running the app sustainably. Notifications rely on your consent, which you can withdraw in iOS Settings at any time.
Retention
Subscription records are kept for as long as you use the app and then for the period required by tax and accounting rules. On-device data is removed when you delete the app, except Keychain items as described above.
International transfers
Adapty may process data in the United States and other countries, with safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, object to or restrict its processing, and complain to your data protection authority. California residents have the right to know, delete and correct their information; we do not sell or share personal information. Write tocontact@getlisse.app. Because Lisse has no accounts, we may ask for a purchase receipt to find your records.
Children
Lisse is not directed to children under 13, or under 16 in the European Economic Area, and we do not knowingly process their data.
Security
Your photos are never sent to us. Archived photos travel from your iPhone to your Google Drive over encrypted connections, as does subscription data exchanged with Apple and Adapty.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
